Effective human resources management calls for human resources professionals and managers to find the best way of using people to accomplish organisation goals and to improve organisational performance. Human resources management refers to the use, development, assessment, reward and management of individual organisational members or workers groups. It includes human resource planning and analysis, staffing, developing employees, managing careers, evaluating performance, compensating workers, labour relations, equal employment, diversity management and employee health and safety
