Blood and urine level determination of Bleomycin after intralesional infiltration therapy for congenital vascular malformations and haemangiomas

Intralesional Bleomycin infiltration (IBI) is an established effective treatment of vascular malformations and haemangioma. The author already has a personal experience of 5 years and more than 100 patients. The aim is to determine the level of systemic spilling of Bleomycin after intralesional injections and to determine the risk of systemic complications of Bleomycin. The research is genuine and has never been performed before. A very sophisticated method to measure minimal amounts of Bleomycin has been set up. The study has all the necessary approvals and 3 project patients have been included. Proposed number of patients: 30; duration 1-2 years
