The influence of fundamental rights on private law

The direct and indirect horizontal application of some provisions in the Bill of Rights (Chapter 2 of the Constitution, Act 108 of 1996) with regard to the relationships governed by Private Law: The constitutional influence on the law of persons, law of delict, personality law, law of damages, family law and the law of contract in particular is investigated
