There are many projects at provincial and district level (funded by NGO's and national or provincial governments) aimed at enhancing education by introducing and implementing certain interventions or programmes. As the evaluation of these interventions up until now is often weak it is intended to improve the quality of evaluation approahes through study, methods and techniques
