Important conditions of companion animals in the sub-Saharan region
This theme includes research and applied diagnostics on the economically important infectious and parasitic diseases of horses, especially African horsesickness, equine encephalosis and equine piroplasmosis. Selected viral diseases of small animals, for instance coronavirus infection, are investigated, as well as aspects of canine and feline babesiosis
