Antimicrobial resistance/ Nosocomial infection / Infectious diseases

Research in the department is mostly concerned with the study of the various mechanisms of antibiotic resistances encountered in clinical isolates. New and emerging pathogens are also investigated for their importance in infections. Pathogens causing nosocomical infections are also investigated
