Social philosophy and philosophy of culture

The focus is on the field of modern Western culture and the changes taking place therein. Issues pertaining to the culture of modernity and post-modernity are investigated. Theories relating to culture and civilisation are examined, while the hermeneutic issue of humans as reasoning beings is investigated
