Health Research Ethics
Concerns empirical and theoretical research into the ethics of health research. Our focus is on health research done in developing countries. A major focus is on maintenance of human rights and dignity, understanding of research by participants of research, accreditation of research ethics committees, and fair or just distribution of risks and benefits of research. Likely, in future, a focus on bioterrorism and genetic engineering research will be developed
