Strategic organisational behaviour

Organisational behaviour (OB) is concerned with the study of what people do in an organisation and how that behaviour effects the performance of the organisation. OB applies the knowledge gained about individuals, groups and the effect of structure on behaviour in order to make organisations work more effectively. The subject area of OB includes the core topics of motivation, leader behaviour and power, interpersonal communication, group structure and processes, learning, perception, attitude development, job satisfaction, conflict, work stress, organisational climate and culture, organisational change and development
