Multidisciplinary project
The main field of research is the implications of HIV positive status in babies with surgical disease. The setting up of interdisciplinary groups is the initial stage of an international research project based on the French-South African study. This entails a Pretoria-Wits link-up with Marseille-Lille (France). The project between the South African Association of Paediatric Surgeons and Sociéte Francaise de Chirurgie Pédiatrique will be finalised by 2000 Researchers involved |
